STEP 2 : Sub-charter Contract Agreement
Once the solution is agreed, a sub-charter aircraft contract agreement is established and signed by both parties
prior aircraft booking.
STEP 3 : Payment and Aircraft Booking
Once payment is made, we will secure your aircraft based on the agreed fixed date or required window.
STEP 4 : Expedite
Preparation of documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, dangerous goods declaration and others docs by shipper/consignee) for custom clearance both end (if required), air ride transportation from hangar to tarmark, loading on board aircraft, airborne, receiving. Helicopter Shipping Milestones Reporting are continuously fed, keeping you informed every step of the way.
