Our Lift-On/Lift-Off (LoLo) helicopter transport service provides a versatile solution for the international shipment of helicopters via container vessels and multipurpose heavylift vessels (MPV). Ideal for destinations beyond conventional RoRo networks, this transport method offers extensive global reach, greater vessel availability, flexible routing options, and efficient transit planning to meet demanding project schedules.

Typically, the helicopter fuselage is transported as breakbulk cargo, while associated equipment and accessories are crated and either stowed into a dedicated 40HC container or loaded at sight and shipped together under the same movement. This integrated approach simplifies logistics coordination while maximizing shipping efficiency.

All lifting operations are performed in accordance with OEM-approved procedures and aviation industry standards. Our qualified Licensed Aircraft Engineers (LAEs) oversee the helicopter's hooking and unhooking during loading and discharge operations, ensuring the correct use of lifting points, proper aircraft balancing, and full compliance with Heli Skycargo's Standard Operating Procedures.
